Yves Bissouma was a late substitute for Mali as they earned a 1-1 draw with Tunisia at the Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday evening to maintain their place at the top of Group E.
Having played 58 minutes in Tuesday night's win over South Africa, Yves entered the fray with the North African side on 84 minutes at the Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium in Korhogo, Ivory Coast, with the sides level at 1-1.
Malii had led against Tunisia with Auxerre forward Lassine Sinayoko bagging his second of the tournament on 10 minutes, but they were pegged back just 10 minutes later as Leece midfielder Hamza Rafia struck.
After being substituted in, Yves did have an opportunity to win the game for his nation with a free-kick on the edge of the box, but he sent his effort whistling wide of the upright. It was the midfielder's 36th game for Mali.
A point apiece, the draw sees Mali atop of Group E with four points with one game of the group stage remaining - that is Wednesday's meeting with Namibia (kick-off 5pm UK).
