Ange Postecoglou has revealed a few fresh injury concerns ahead of our Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In a blow to the defensive unit, Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie are ruled out of Saturday's encounter through injury with goalkeeper Fraser Forster also sidelined for 'a couple of months'.
Both fullbacks have been mainstays under Ange this season and have excelled in our Head Coach's all-action system, with Pedro starting every game since being an unused substitute in our opener against Brentford and is our top creator in the league with seven assists and opened his account with a stunning winner over Burnley in the FA Cup third round. On the other flank, Destiny has featured in 21 of our 24 Premier League games in his first season in England, chipping in with two goals and three assists in the top flight.
Speaking in his pre-match chat with SPURSPLAY, Ange revealed Wolves will come too soon for the fullback pairing but hopefully it's nothing too serious.
"We've had a couple of setbacks this week," Ange revealed.
"Destiny, in last week's game, jarred something in his knee a little bit. I don't think it's anything too serious but he'll miss tomorrow and hopefully without a game next week that's all he'll miss. Pedro picked up a strain in training and again he'll miss tomorrow, maybe a couple of weeks.
"The big one is Fraser [Forster], he had a knock in training and has a fracture in his foot so a couple of months for him. Disappointing for these three lads."
