WHO?

Who do you sit next to for away games?

“Amy James-Turner, if you know her then you know why. She’s just lovely.”

Who is the biggest joker in the squad?

“I would probably go with Kit [Graham]. She’s quite funny and is the one who gets me laughing most of the time, it’s quite dry humour and I’m very gullible, so I fall for a lot of it.”

Who would you most like to invite around for dinner?

“Jessica Ennis-Hill, I grew up loving athletic and she was my idol. In terms of football, it would have to be Steven Gerrard, my brother brainwashed me into being a Liverpool fan when I was a kid and had a lot of his shirts back then.”

Who would you most like to see in concert?

“James Arthur and I’m actually going to see him this year, so I’m looking forward to that.”

Where is your happy place?

“My home is my happy place, somewhere to escape and be safe.”

Where would you travel back in time?

“If I could go back to a specific memory I have and re-live it, then it would be the moment I scored in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup and my Nan was in the crowd – that will always be one of my favourite footballing memories.”

Where do you to relax?

“I’m a coffee lover, so I do like to go to a nice coffee shop - especially a place called Gail's.”

Where in the world would you most like to visit?

“Mexico, I would love to go there. I have only really been to Europe on holidays.”

HOW?

How did you get into football?

“My brother is phenomenal coach now but, as a kid, he loved coaching me in the back garden, so my footballing journey started there as a one-year-old.”

How do you like your eggs in the morning?

“Runny and poached.”

How many superstitions do you have?

“I don’t have any because, if I did, then I don’t think I will be able to keep to them. I know a few players put their left boot on first and those sorts of stuff, but I think if I did that, then it wouldn’t affect me at all.”

How do you switch off?

“If I have contributed to the game, I would try to switch the phone off and talk to family and my partner, and avoid talking about football until the next day.”

WHAT?

What have you always wanted to learn?

“I have always wanted to play a musical instrument, especially a guitar as I thought they were really cool as a kid.”

What is a job you'd be terrible at?

“I would be terrible at a job that would involve speaking in front of large groups.”

What is your favourite TV series of all-time?

“I’m binge-watching Greys Anatomy at the minute and that is quite good, so that would be up there. It’s just very long and I’m only on season eight.”

What was your initiation song?

“I did Wonderwall with Amy [James-Turner], it wasn’t great.”

WHEN?

When does your alarm go off in the morning?

“It’s 7am on the dot, I roll out of bed, which is the reason why you wouldn’t see me on the media in the morning. I’m probably one of the first players in the building in the morning.”

When did you last cook and what was it?

“I cooked fajitas last week. My girlfriend is a very good cook, so she likes to be the chef and I do the washing up, but I always get given the opportunity to do either bangers and mash or fajitas.”

When are you at your happiest?

“When I’m with my family.”

When did you last visit your hometown?

“Last month for my mum’s 60th birthday and I got to go celebrate with her, which was nice.”
