February international fixtures for our Women’s first team players

Mon 19 February 2024, 17:00|Tottenham Hotspur

A number of our Women’s first team players depart for international duty this week.

In the first international break since the turn of the year, qualification for Paris 2024 Olympic games heats up for Charlotte Grant’s Australia as they face Uzbekistan in a home-and-away series, where the winner will be one of the Asian Football Confederation’s two representatives in Paris.

Rosella Ayane’s Morocco’s will compete in the third round of the CAF Women’s Olympic qualifying tournament against Tunisia as they look to progress to the final round of the competition in the hope of securing a spot in this summer’s Olympic games.

In Europe, the two-legged UEFA Women’s Nation League promotion-relegation ties will be settled over this international break, where Matilda Vinberg and Amanda Nildén could feature for Sweden in their games against Bosnia and Herzegovina, while Celin Bizet’s Norway face Croatia.

Elsewhere, three players are set to take part in the Pinatar Cup as Olga Ahtinen and Eveliina Summanen – who are both back in the fold for Finland since returning from injury at the beginning of the year – could come up against Martha Thomas’ Scotland.

Grace Clinton will be seeking her first cap for England after maintaining her spot in the squad as they head to Spain for two international friendlies and warm weather training alongside the Under-23s – where she will be joined by forward Jessica Naz.
