Hammers at home in Women's League Cup quarter-finals
Mon 16 December 2024, 12:45|Tottenham Hotspur
We have been drawn at home against London rivals West Ham United in the quarter-finals of the Subway Women's League Cup.
In the draw made by former England forward Toni Duggan and presenter Betty Glover at Derby's Pride Park on Monday, we were paired with the Hammers in the quarter-finals, and then the winners of our tie will face a trip to the winners of the Chelsea vs Durham quarter-final in the last four. It was confirmed that Pride Park will host the final on Saturday 15 March.
The quarter-finals will be played on 22/23 January - an exact date, kick-off time and ticket news will follow in due course.
We secured our place in the last eight of the competition after a 100 per cent record in the group stage phase, winning our fixtures against Charlton Athletic, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace. West Ham, meanwhile, topped Group C, also with a 100 per cent record against London City Lionesses, Southampton and Portsmouth.
We faced the Hammers in the Women's Super League at the start of November, where Beth England's strike and a late own goal secured a 2-1 win at Leyton Orient.
