Loans | Donley on target again for Orient

Jamie Donley scored for a second consecutive weekend to help Leyton Orient continue their unbeaten run with a 2-0 home win over Cambridge United on Sunday.
Our on-loan attacker fired home from close range in the 70th minute following Charlie Kelman’s cross to seal the points for the League One side after Ollie O’Neill had given them a first-half lead.
That came just eight days after the 19-year-old scored and provided two assists in a 4-0 win at Barnsley, which was followed up by another impressive display in Boxing Day’s 3-0 home victory over Crawley Town.
It means the O’s are now unbeaten in six league matches, having taken 16 points from a possible 18 without conceding a goal.
The latter statistic is thanks in no small part to Jamie’s fellow loanee Josh Keeley, who again starred in goal against Cambridge with a superb early reaction save to deny Dan Nlundulu.
oth Jamie and Josh completed the full game for Orient, with a trip to Bristol Rovers up next on New Year’s Day.
