Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-finals

We will take on Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

Having defeated Manchester United 4-3 earlier this evening (Thursday 19 December) to book our place in the final four for the 18th time in our history, in the draw that was made after the game, we were handed the teat of the Premier League leaders.

The tie shall take place across two legs with the first leg, in which we will host Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, to be played in the week commencing 6 January before the return leg, in which we will travel to Anfield, in the week commencing 3 February.

Ticketing details will be confirmed in due course.

We have reached the final of the League Cup on nine occasions but this will be the first time we have faced the Reds in the semi-finals of the competition.

This is the seventh time we have faced Liverpool in the League Cup with us coming out on top on four occasions. We last faced them in this competition in October, 2016, falling 2-1 in the fourth round at Anfield.
