Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets, which can be found below.
Getting to Vitality Stadium
Trains
Supporters are advised that there are no direct train services between Bournemouth and London after the game. Official coach travel - subsidised for this game courtesy of the Club’s partner, Castrol - is now sold out, and supporters are advised to make alternative travel arrangements and plan their journeys in advance.
Supporters arriving into Bournemouth Central station can walk to the stadium in approximately 30 minutes by leaving the station via the south exit (facing Asda) and turning left before taking the first left onto Holdenhurst Road. After 25 minutes, turning right on to Kings Park Drive will bring supporters to the stadium.
Alternatively, the P2 and P3 Yellow Bus service operates every 20 minutes from Bus Stop 6 in the direction of Christchurch. Travelling for six stops and alighting at the Queens Park Hotel stop, supporters can walk for approximately five minutes along Ashley Road before walking through Kings Park to the stadium.
Parking
Supporters driving to Bournemouth are advised to park in the Avonbourne Academy (free of charge) or the Sovereign Centre (£4 for four hours or £5.80 for 24 hours). Both are a 10–15-minute walk from the stadium.
Parking is also available to the south of the ground - this is a pay and display car park where charges apply 24/7. Payments are cashless, which can be made over the phone, web or app using the signs displayed.
Supporters should note that travel by road may be busier as there are no train services from Bournemouth to London after the game.
More information on travelling to Vitality Stadium can be found here.
Entrance to the stadium
The visitors’ section is located in Blocks 21-24 of the East Stand and is accessed via Turnstile F.
All supporters will be searched and have tickets checked prior to entering the stadium. This will include the use of electronic wands so supporters will be asked to remove anything likely to set the wands off from their pockets.
Supporters are requested to arrive early to allow for these security checks.
Accessibility
AFC Bournemouth’s accessibility information can be found here.
Wheelchair using supporters will have a view on a raised platform in Block 24 of the visitors’ section and enter the stadium via Entrance SG2 by Turnstile F. An in-seat catering service is available to disabled supporters on the raised platform.
Accessible toilets are available and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward.
AFC Bournemouth’s DC Lounge is open to visiting disabled supporters pre-match and is located in the East Stand.
Supporters requiring audio descriptive commentary headsets are asked to bring their own headphones as they are not provided.
Access Stewards will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.
Accessible parking is available to Blue Badge holders in the Main Stand and South Stand Car Park, with AFC Bournemouth offering 62 accessible parking spaces on site at the Vitality Stadium. Spaces are not guaranteed, and supporters are advised to arrive early as the car park usually reaches capacity around 2 hours before kick-off. After the game, it can take up to 45 minutes for the car parks to reopen.
Accessible parking in the Main Stand is free of charge. Blue Badge holders who park in the South Stand car park should note that charges apply, unless supporters can display a valid Disabled Tax-Exempt Vehicle parking permit (DTEV) which enables permit holders to park in most BCP off street and pay and display car parks without buying a parking ticket.
Bournemouth Central station is wheelchair accessible, as are bus services from the station. Pokesdown station is not wheelchair accessible.
Payments
Vitality Stadium is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Bag Policy
Supporters are advised not to bring a bag to the stadium unless it is essential. Bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted.
Any supporters requiring medical exemption to the bag policy, or any prohibited items are strongly advised to contact the Club in advance of travel at access@tottenhamhotspur.com.
Spurs Respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
If you witness incidents like these, please report them to your nearest steward.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.
Ticket Office
Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Collections Office to the left of the Main Reception in the West Stand. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.
Flags and banners
Flags and banners cannot be larger than 2m x 1m and must not obstruct the views of others, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard. All flags and banners must carry a valid Fire Safety Certificate.
Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
To report an incident at Vitality Stadium, please notify the nearest steward or text 07827 312697 with stand, row and seat details.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
