Dog of the Match | Liverpool, Premier League

As the Club for dog lovers, we are featuring a ‘Dog of the Match’ at every home game throughout the season.

Members of Tottenham Hotspaw - our first-ever Official Supporters’ Club for dog lovers - have been posting pictures of their beloved pets on the group’s Facebook page for a chance for them to be featured on the stadium big screens ahead of kick-off and in the matchday programme.

The Dog of the Match for Liverpool is Atto - pictured at the top of the page - a four-year-old Maltipoo from Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. His family try to watch as many Spurs games as they can, despite the time difference, and Atto is always there to keep them company and join the celebration when we score - especially if its Sonny! When not watching the team, he loves to play fetch, cuddle with his parents, and take a nap on his mum’s lap!

Alongside our ‘Dog of the Match’, we also profile rescue dogs currently up for adoption with All Dogs Matter – the fantastic charity partner of Tottenham Hotspaw - giving fans the chance to provide a forever home so badly needed.

Today, we are featuring Moosk, a retriever who originally came over from Egypt, where he would have been a pet before sadly being abandoned. Moosk is a lovely bouncy boy who enjoys walks. He is looking for a new home with direct access to a garden and an owner who is around for most of the day. He can live with a calm, female dog but would prefer not to live with cats.
