Ange Postecoglou has made five changes to the team that started against Chelsea at the weekend.
Radu Dragusin and Archie Gray come in as the centre-back partnership in place of the injured pairing of Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven.
In midfield, Rodrigo Bentancur and James Maddison are in for Pape Matar Sarr and Dejan Kulusevski, while Timo Werner comes into the attack in place of Dominic Solanke.
