The Club is proud to support Haringey Council’s participation in London’s New Years Day Parade 2025, one of the capital’s most anticipated cultural events.

The annual parade through central London attracts over 500,000 spectators and reaches millions more worldwide through televised broadcasts.

Haringey will be taking part in the parade for the first time in five years, with the Club supporting the float which will feature our crest and showcase the vast array of artistic and creative talent within our local community.

Young people from across the Borough will perform on route including singers from Haringey Vox Choir, members of the Tottenham based Pan Nation Steel Orchestra and performers from Streetz Ahead, a dance group based in Broadwater Farm.

Starting at Piccadilly at 12 noon on Wednesday 1 January, the 2025 New Years Day parade takes in some of London’s most iconic landmarks including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Horseguard’s Parade, Downing Street and the Palace of Westminster.

Haringey will be one of 15 London Boroughs taking part in the event, with the most impressive delegation being awarded a share of the £50,000 charity prize pot. Since the first Parade in 1987, over £2 million has been raised for London charities.

It forms part of the Club’s ongoing support for Haringey’s successful bid for London Borough of Culture in 2027.

The Club’s involvement reflects its commitment to provide life-changing opportunities for young people in Tottenham - creating a sport, leisure and entertainment destination, bringing hundreds of thousands of new visitors to the area every year and embracing the arts and culture.

A recent study by EY found that, through increased events and activities at its stadium, the Club contributes around £900m of gross output to London’s economy, generating an additional £478m of GVA in London.

The Stadium’s selection as a host venue for UEFA EURO 2028 marks another milestone for Haringey and will deliver additional lasting benefits to local communities and businesses.

The New Year’s Day Parade is free to attend. Find out more and plan your visit at www.lnydp.com.
