Ange Postecoglou has said that it is unlikely that long-term absentees Manor Solomon, Ryan Sessegnon and Fraser Forster will feature again for us this campaign.
Speaking to SPURSPLAY ahead of our Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest, Ange was asked about the progress of the trio who have been on the sidelines across this term recovering from injuries.
Winger Manor, who signed for us last summer, has not featured for us since our 2-1 win over Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as he suffered a meniscus injury the following week in training, before undergoing surgery. A number of setbacks have slowed his recovery before he underwent surgery again last month.
For Fraser, the chances of him returning to action this season were slim anyway with the goalkeeper expected to be out for at least two months after fracturing his foot in mid-February while Ryan underwent surgery later that month after he picked up a hamstring injury in an Premier League 2 clash with Everton at Hotspur Way.
Speaking to SPURSPLAY, Ange admitted that he wouldn't expect to see the trio back on the pitch for us this campaign, but confirmed that their respective recoveries are progressing with all three now in rehabilitation.
"Manor, Frase and Sess are unlikely to be involved again this year, but they are in rehab," Ange said.
