Information for fans travelling to Stamford Bridge

Supporters making the trip to west London for our Premier League fixture against Chelsea on Thursday evening should be aware of the following information...

A reminder that we kick-off at 7.30pm, with gates opening at 6pm. Supporters are advised to arrive early, at least one hour before kick-off, and not travel to the stadium without a match ticket.

Getting to Stamford Bridge

The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line, which is a few minutes’ walk from Stamford Bridge. There are no scheduled engineering works affecting the station for this match.

Supporters are advised to plan their journey in advance using TfL’s Journey Planner to ensure arrival in plenty of time to allow for stadium entry checks.

The recommended entrance to the site for Visiting Supporters is via Stamford Gate (please see map below) which is nearest to the Visiting Supporters turnstiles.

Entering the stadium

The visitors’ section is located in the Shed End and supporters are advised to approach the stadium via the Stamford Gate from Fulham Road.

A queuing procedure will be in operation outside the stadium to co-ordinate and moderate the flow of supporters to the turnstiles to ensure safe entry. This will include:

• Pre-entry ticket checks
• Body and bag search
• Electronic ticket scan
• Entry through turnstile

It may be necessary to temporarily hold supporters at cordon points to achieve a safe and steady flow through to the turnstiles.

Chelsea would like to make supporters aware that large numbers of supporters arriving late cannot have an expectation of making it into the stadium before kick-off, so supporters are asked to arrive at least one hour before kick-off to allow for stadium entry checks.

Unaccompanied juniors

Please note Chelsea's Ticketing Policy requires all individuals under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Departing the stadium

Visiting supporters will depart the stadium via the Stamford Gate on to Fulham Road.

Safe standing

The visitors’ section at Stamford Bridge is licensed for safe standing and features independent barriers in front of each seat, allowing for free-flowing lateral movement in and out of seating rows.

Supporters are asked not to stand on the rails or seats and unless moving to use facilities, to remain in their designated space and avoid standing in gangways or on steps. Supporters are also asked to be respectful toward staff, stewards and other fans at all times.

Supporters who specified a preference to sit during the match have been allocated seats in the front rows of the upper and lower tiers of the visitors’ section.

Stamford Gate is the recommended entrance from Fulham Road, including for supporters wishing to use the Accessible Drop Off point.

Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward.

Access Stewards will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.

Audio descriptive commentary (ADC) headsets will be delivered to seat by Tottenham Hotspur staff for those who use the service. Should you wish to listen to the ADC and have not booked in advance, please ask a Tottenham Hotspur steward who will be able to assist.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food and hot and cold drinks as well as alcoholic beverages.

For the first 30 minutes after gates open, early bird offers will be available in the visitors’ section - a pint of Singha/a pie/hotdog will be available priced at £3.95 each. A soft or hot drink will be priced at £1.95.

Visiting supporters’ pubs

The nearest visiting supporters’ pubs are to the north-east of Stamford Bridge at Earl’s Court and are a 25 to 30-minute walk (1.4 miles) from the stadium.

Supporters are reminded that drinking in the street will not be permitted around Earl’s Court or Stamford Bridge.

Cashless payments

Stamford Bridge is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Flags and banners

Due to limited space to display flags and banners, only those no larger than 250cm x 80cm will be permitted into the stadium.

Flags and banners must not obstruct the views of other, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard, nor may they display abusive or threatening words, images, political statements or be deemed unacceptable. Flag poles are not permitted. All flags and banners must carry a valid Fire Safety Certificate.

Supporters are reminded that the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy is also in operation at away matches.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than A4 size (210mm x 297mm) will not be permitted into the stadium.

Spurs Respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Homophobic chanting - 'Rent Boy chant’

We should like to remind supporters that the Crown Prosecution Service states that the term 'rent boy' is a homophobic slur and a hate crime. The CPS will take criminal action against supporters using the term, which could also result in the Football Association sanctioning the Club.

We urge any supporter who has used this chant in the past to read Proud Lilywhites' statement on retiring the chant and their Co-Chair's personal statement on the impact it has had on his experience of supporting the Club.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour while at Stamford Bridge, supporters can text details of the offender and the incident to 88777 with Stand, Block, Row and Seat details.

Ticket Office

Supporters collecting duplicate tickets at the stadium can do so from the Ticket Office at the back of the Shed End. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters found to have purchased tickets and subsequently sold or passed them on to other supporters, or offered for sale, will be subject to sanctions by the Club including, but not limited to, a deduction of Ticketing Points, a season long ban on applying for match tickets for any fixture played away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, or a permanent cancellation of a season ticket and all associated benefits without refund.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
