Having joined us from Celtic, the Australian transformed the Glasgow giants in his two seasons in Scotland with his front-footed, attacking style of play. Leading the Celts back to the Scottish Premiership glory in 2021/22, while also picking up the Scottish League Cup, he further improved the side in 2022/23, improving the Bhoys in almost every statistic which saw them claim the Scottish treble for the first time since 2020 and the eighth in their history.
Those success later saw him named the Professional Footballers' Association Scotland Manager of the Season for 2022/23.
Taking charge of us in the summer, he has since enjoyed an unbeaten start to life in the Premier League, quickly implementing his thrilling style of football to win three and draw one of his first four matches in England's top flight - a run which saw him nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for August.
With a qualification period for the award running from 19 December, 2022 to 20 August, 2023, Ange lost just two competitive matches in that time, winning 26 and drawing three.
