Romania took the lead through Denis Alibec after 27 minutes in Bucharest. Israel levelled via Oscar Gloukh on 53 minutes and pushed on for a win. In the last minute, Manor, right side of the box, played in Gavriel Kanichowsky, whose shot was blocked by Romania goalkeeper Horatiu Moldovan.
