Information for fans travelling to Arsenal on Sunday

Supporters making the trip to the Emirates Stadium for the north London derby in the Premier League on Sunday should be aware of the following information...

Travelling to the Emirates

By train - scheduled track closures

There are several scheduled track closures in London over the weekend including sections of the Elizabeth line and the London Overground.

There will be no service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway on the Elizabeth Line. There will also be no service between Camden Road and Stratford, Highbury & Islington and Dalston Junction, South Tottenham and Woodgrange Park and Woodgrange Park to Barking Riverside on the London Overground.

London Underground

The following stations are within a 15-minute walk of the stadium:

- Arsenal (Piccadilly line)
- Finsbury Park (Victoria line, Piccadilly line, Great Northern Rail)
- Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, North London line, Great Northern Rail)

Please note that Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after the match with pre-match eastbound trains not stopping. Drayton Park is closed on matchdays.

Local parking

Supporters are strongly advised not to drive to the Emirates. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Only car owners with residents' permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas.

Any cars parked illegally will be towed away.

Entrance to the stadium

Visiting supporters will be located in the southeast corner of the Emirates in Blocks 20-23.

Supporters are advised to arrive as early as possible ahead of the 2pm kick-off on Sunday. Away turnstiles will open from 12pm.

Stewards outside turnstiles will be in place to perform a check of bags and a full pat down body search.

Accessibility

The Emirates has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops, audio commentary and a sensory room.

Blue Badge Parking

There are a number of dedicated Blue Badge bays in the vicinity of the stadium. Supporters are advised that some of the bays in the area are specifically for the use of a designated Blue Badge holder. Please check the Blue Badge parking signage carefully before parking and follow this link for further information from Islington Council.

Refreshments

Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Cashless payments

The Emirates is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Flags and banners

Flags must be no larger than 2m x 1m and contain nothing of an offensive, discriminatory or inflammatory nature.

Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Bag Policy

Supporters are asked not to bring bags to the Emirates, but if a bag is necessary, it must be A4 size (21cm x 30cm) or smaller. All bags are searched and tagged prior to entry. There will be a barrier system in place to filter supporters into the search lanes. There are no ‘left luggage’ facilities at the Emirates. The nearest left luggage facilities are at King's Cross station.

Ticket Office

Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the South West Collections Ticket Office above the Armoury store.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable - the Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at the Emirates please notify the nearest steward or text one of the following codes along with your bloc, row and seat details to 67777:

  • FOUL
  • RACE
  • SMOKE
  • STAND
  • HPH
  • TOUT

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points.

Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
