Next up, Fraser Forster is in the hotseat as we find out a little bit more about the England international goalkeeper…
Who...
...has been the biggest influence on your career so far?
Probably my mum and dad. They’ve always been there to support me and when I was a kid they took me here, there and everywhere to training and matches. I wouldn’t be where I am now without their support.
...is the most skillful in the squad?
That’s a difficult one but I’d say Sonny, he’s got great feet, he’s fast, skillful, he’s a very good player.
...did you last swap shirts with?
I used to swap shirts quite a bit earlier in my career but not done it so much lately, although the last time was with James Ward-Prowse – my best mate – when we played Southampton last season.
...is your favourite actor?
Denzel Washington, he’s very good. Man On Fire is probably his best film.

Where...
...did you make your professional debut?
Playing for Stockport away to Bury in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, as it was back then. My league debut came at Southend United, also while I was at Stockport.
...in the world would you most like to visit?
Bora Bora looks beautiful, that’s the dream destination. I’ve never been to that part of the world before.
...is your favourite restaurant?
Zuma in London, a very good Japanese restaurant that I go to quite often.
...do you go when you need to relax?
I just take my dogs for a good walk around the lake near where I live and just switch off.
How...
...do you overcome personal setbacks in your career?
Just by working hard really. Things happen and ultimately you can only control what you can control so when you do get a setback, you just have to work hard, train well and move on from it.
...many times have you played for your country’s senior side?
I’ve played six times for England and it’s always a proud moment to play for my country. It’s what you dream of as a kid and so to achieve that is very special.
...many pets do you have?
I have two dogs, two Maltese Shih Tzus.
...many superstitions do you have, if any?
None actually, not my thing. I’m not sure too many players do any more to be honest.

What...
...is your favourite sandwich?
It has to be a Club sandwich.
...frustrates you the most?
People with a lack of manners – that and the M25!
...is your favourite thing about your career so far?
Probably representing England is the highlight but I also enjoyed playing Champions League football when I was at Celtic.
...is your favourite TV series of all-time?
I think I’d have to say Billions, very good.
When...
...did you last cook and what was it?
Just last night - chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli. I try my best to eat healthily!
...did you last get your haircut?
I’ll have had it cut by the time this comes out! The last time though was probably about a week ago, I tend to get it done every couple of weeks or so.
...do you wake up on your days off?
I always wake up early, around 6.30am whether it’s a day off or not. Ever since I was a kid I’ve always woken up early.
...was the last time you wore a tie?
What a question that is! I reckon it must have been two years ago at my best mate’s wedding. Luckily I don’t have to wear one often.
