Spurs vs Chelsea | How to watch, team news, kit colours, key information
Mon 06 November 2023, 12:04|Tottenham Hotspur
It’s another big night at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening (Monday 6 November, 8pm UK) as Chelsea come to N17 for what is our third consecutive London derby in the Premier League.
Managed by our former Head Coach Mauricio Pochettino, the Blues will be looking to climb up from 13th in the table while we’re defending the last remaining undefeated record in the league this season – victory would see us leapfrog Manchester City and move back into top spot.
Here’s all you need to know ahead of the match...
How can I watch the game?
Tonight’s match will be televised live in the UK on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event, kick-off 8pm.
Overseas broadcast listings can be found on our Spurs on TV page here.
Don’t forget, you can also follow the game live and in-depth via our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app, where we’ll have full live radio and text commentary available as usual, complemented by images, live in-game stats and more.
Video highlights and a full match replay will be available on SPURSPLAY from midnight.
In addition, be sure to watch The Warm-Up, our pre-match show emanating from inside the stadium, from 7.15pm UK time on SPURSPLAY and our official YouTube channel, with The Review Show available from two hours after the full-time whistle on SPURSPLAY.
What is the team news?
Ange Postecoglou will assess left-backs Destiny Udogie and Ben Davies ahead of picking his starting XI for tonight.
Destiny was forced off against Fulham a fortnight ago while Ben has been carrying a knock and was substituted at half-time at Crystal Palace last time out.
Ryan Sessegnon, Ivan Perisic and Alfie Whiteman remain sidelined.
Chelsea captain Reece James could make his first league start since the opening day of the season after shaking off a hamstring injury while winger Mykhailo Mudryk and striker Armando Broja could return.
Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku remain out.
Who is the referee?
Michael Oliver will take charge of tonight’s match, assisted by Stuart Burt and Dan Cook.
Thomas Bramall will be the fourth official.
VAR duties will be handled by John Brooks and assistant Dan Robathan.
What colours will the teams be playing in?
We’ll be in our 2023/24 all-Lilywhite home strip as usual at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with our goalkeeper in light blue.
Chelsea will wear all royal blue, with their goalkeeper in an all-black kit.
What will the weather conditions be like?
There’ll be clear skies with a gentle breeze in north London this evening, with temperatures at around nine degrees when the game gets underway.
