Tottenham HotspurLucas Moura has been presented with a commemorative gift by the Club in recognition of his contributions during a five-and-a-half-year spell in north London.
It was announced last week that Lucas will depart N17 this summer following the conclusion of his contract, having made 220 appearances and scored 38 goals to date since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain in 2018.
Chairman Daniel Levy presented the Brazil international with a unique casting of our famous cockerel emblem at Hotspur Way.
In recognition of Lucas’ greatest moment in our colours – his hat-trick against Ajax in May, 2019, which sent us to our first ever Champions League final - the wording from the commentary performed by BT Sport’s Darren Fletcher that night emblazons the base of the statue.
We should like to thank Lucas for his tremendous service to our Club and wish him the very best for the future.
