Team news ahead of Southampton – no fresh injury concerns

Antonio Conte reports no change on the injury front as we approach our last game before the international break at Southampton on Saturday (3pm UK).
That means Hugo Lloris (knee), Yves Bissouma (ankle), Rodrigo Bentancur (knee) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) remain out.
The Head Coach did not confirm whether or not Emerson Royal would be available for the trip to St Mary’s after he missed last weekend’s victory over Nottingham Forest with a knock sustained against AC Milan, simply summing up during his interview with SPURSPLAY: “This weekend we have all the players available. We have another training session tomorrow, fingers crossed we don’t have problems with injuries and then we play an important game for us and we are ready.”
Asked whether any of the long-term injured quartet could capitalise on the international break to get closer to fitness ahead of our first game back at Everton in early April, Antonio said: “We have players that had serious injuries.
“Sessegnon won’t be ready (straight) after the international break, it’s the same for Bissouma, about Hugo Lloris, I don’t know but maybe he won’t be ready, then Rodrigo Bentancur, his season ended.”
