Our players' shirts will take on a different look and feel from the start of the 2023/24 season with the Premier League announcing an upgraded design of its names and numbers, as well as sleeve badges.
Next term's shirts will feature larger numbers, a newly-designed font for player names and the integration of a unique graphic pattern to provide ‘increased visibility and more impact both on and off the pitch’.
Additionally, the Premier League sleeve badge has been redesigned to a standalone version of its iconic lion.
The Premier League has worked with its official name, number and badge supplier, Avery Dennison, on the fourth redesign of its type in the league’s history.
We’re excited to debut a brand new @PremierLeague name and number font and updated sleeve badge beginning with the 23/24 season. Visit https://t.co/V1wEa3zc96 to watch our film about the process and enjoy some detail shots of the new font below. #Embelex pic.twitter.com/Yn8ZxhREiv
