We can confirm the departures of Kerys Harrop, Kyah Simon, Chioma Ubogagu, So-hyun Cho and Esther Morgan following the conclusion of their contracts and Mana Iwabuchi, following the end of her loan spell.
Kerys departs having become the Barclays Women’s Super League all-time record appearance holder with her 178th game in the top flight against Everton in April. She ended the campaign with a total of 183 WSL appearances since the inaugural season in 2011, 48 of which were in our colours.
Australia international Kyah departs after two seasons, registering 19 appearances in all competitions and scoring three goals.
Forward Chioma also leaves us after two seasons, scoring one goal in 28 appearances during that time.
South Korean international Cho featured 35 times in midfield after joining from West Ham United in January, 2021, and scored one goal.
Esther, who returned to the Club following the conclusion of her loan spell at Sunderland earlier this season, scored two goals in 15 appearances in Lilywhite after coming through our Academy.
Japan international Mana, who joined on loan from Arsenal in January, returns to her parent club after scoring once in 13 appearances.
Managing Director Andy Rogers said: “I want to put on record my appreciation for all of the players who are moving on and we all wish them the very best in their future endeavours.
“All of these players have played an important part in our journey and it’s never easy to say goodbye to those who have made such significant contributions to the Club both on and off the pitch.”
