Fixtures 2023/24 – derbies, key dates

The first north London derby of 2023/24 is provisionally scheduled for Saturday 23 September at the Emirates – that’s one of 12 London derbies we’ll play in the Premier League next season, beginning with our opening-weekend trip to Brentford on Sunday 13 August.

Our first home London derby takes place on Saturday 21 October against Fulham.

For the first time since the 2009/10 season, we will enter the Carabao Cup at the second round stage. Our last second-round tie was a 5-1 win at Doncaster Rovers in August, 2009.

Meanwhile, our first match against a promoted team comes on Saturday 2 September when we make the trip to Turf Moor to face Burnley.

Our first-ever Premier League meeting with newly-promoted Luton Town arrives on Saturday 7 October at Kenilworth Road – we haven’t faced the Hatters in a competitive first team game since their relegation from the old First Division in 1992, just before the Premier League was introduced.
