We are pleased to announce that elections for supporters to vote for their representative on our Fan Advisory Board (FAB) have now opened.

The independent elections, managed by Civica Election Services (CES), follow an open application process and a shortlisting process by the FAB Selection Panel.

Season Ticket Holders of the Men’s team (including Premium Seasonal Members) and One Hotspur Members have today been emailed by CES, inviting them to review candidates and vote for their preferred representatives. Chairs of Domestic and International Official Supporters’ Clubs have also been invited to vote for their preferred candidates on behalf of their organisations.

The post for a representative of Season Ticket Holders of the Women’s team has been appointed through the application process without the need for an election and will be announced along with the other successful appointments in due course.

Voting will close at 12pm on Friday 30 June and successful candidates will be announced in early July.

The Club received a significant number of high-quality applications from supporters seeking to represent their fellow fans on the FAB. The passion and commitment to the Club was clear from each and every candidate and we are extremely grateful for the time and effort applicants put into this process – it is testament to what Spurs means to its fans.

The FAB will provide a new forum for elected members from different sections of our fanbase, inclusive and reflective of our diversity, ensuring fans are consulted, kept informed and their views considered during Club decision-making.

The FAB’s remit will cover a wide range of off-field topics, such as the Club’s strategic vision and objectives; off-pitch performance updates, priorities and plans; operational matchday issues; proposals relating to significant changes to Club heritage assets; stadium issues and plans; the Club’s community strategy, equality, diversity and inclusion commitments and plans for broader supporter engagement.
