Destiny Udogie has been selected for Italy's Under-21 Euro 2023 squad.

Having initially been named in a provisional squad earlier this month, the wing-back, who signed for us last summer before returning to his former club Udinese on loan for the 2022/23 season, has now been named in the final 23-man squad for the tournament in Romania and Georgia.

Kicking-off a week today in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi with Georgia facing Portugal, Italy's campaign begins the following day as they take on France on 22 June.

Drawn into Group D, Gli Azzurrini will then play Switzerland three days later before facing Norway on 28 June in their third and final group game (all 9.45pm kick-offs (UK) and are all to be played at the Cluj Arena in Cluj, Romania).

The top two sides from each group will then progress to the quarter-final stage.

Destiny heads into the tournament with sevens caps to his name for Italy's Under-21s.
