
Ros features in Morocco’s first World Cup win

Rosella Ayane played the final 16 minutes of Morocco’s first ever Women’s World Cup win on Sunday.
Ibtissam Jraïdi scored the only goal of the game as Morocco beat South Korea 1-0 in Group H.
Morocco are now third in the group, level on points with Germany but behind on goal difference.
Ria Percival played 72 minutes of New Zealand’s 0-0 draw with Switzerland on Sunday.
The Football Ferns were eliminated from the World Cup after finishing third in Group A.
Switzerland topped the group with one win and two draws, but Luana Bühler did not feature in Sunday’s draw. They will face Japan, Spain or Zambia in the round of 16 knockout stages, depending on which country finishes second in Group C.
