Eric Dier hits 350 milestone for the Club

Mon 20 February 2023, 15:45|Tottenham Hotspur

Eric Dier has become the 28th player in the Club's history to reach 350 appearances in all competitions.

How apt the milestone was hit in Sunday's 2-0 win against West Ham at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - turn the clock back to 16 August, 2014, and Eric, 20 at the time, made a debut he'll never forget when he scored an injury time winner at Upton Park.

Signed from Sporting Lisbon, Eric has been a staple of the squad for approaching nine years now, and has been a key member of teams that have qualified for the UEFA Champions League five times, including a Club best second place in the Premier League with a record points haul in 2016/17, and three cup finals, including the Champions League Final in 2019.

Now 29, Eric has also captained Spurs and England, most notably at the 2018 World Cup. He's earned 49 caps for the Three Lions and represented his country at the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.

Eric joins team-mates Hugo Lloris (443), Harry Kane (419) and Heung-Min Son (356) in having passed the milestone. Legendary former skipper Steve Perryman tops the list on 854.
