Forest 0-2 Spurs | What was Deki's goal celebration about at the City Ground?

As we’re getting to know, Dejan Kulusevski is the master of celebrations.
The previous time he scored, his superb header for a late, late equaliser at Manchester City, the huge basketball fan pulled out the ‘silencer’, giving a nod to NBA great Lebron James.
Deki certainly had another special, this time very personal, celebration up his sleeve after firing us into a 2-0 lead against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League’s Friday Night Football.
First up, the goal… the in-form Sweden star intercepted Matt Turner’s clearance on 65 minutes, shifted away from defender Moussa Niakhate and blasted the ball through the Forest goalkeeper to double our lead.
Still wearing his protective mask, Deki did the ‘silencer’ again but followed up by stuffing a matchball up his shirt and pointing a heart shape with his hands and then blowing a kiss straight down the camera. That was a message for his girlfriend, Eldina, following the wonderful news that the pair are expecting a baby in April.
Speaking to our Review Show afterwards, Deki explained: “My girlfriend... she didn’t want me to do it away (at an away game), so she’s going to kill me when I get home, but I felt like, ‘you never know when you are going to score’, so you’ve got to do it. I hope she’s happy because I did the heart for her. We’re so happy, that’s the best thing in life and we cannot wait, the time goes slow! The baby is expected in April - the best month, of course, that’s my birthday!”
It still wasn’t plain sailing though as minutes later, we were down to 10 as Yves Bissouma received a straight red card. Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg came in for Richy and we defended stoutly to keep the home side at bay.
Reflecting on the performance, Deki added: “It was strong. From the first minute we controlled the game, hard to score but we created chances, we had to keep calm, moving the ball and then we scored a wonderful first goal, Richy, a beautiful goal.
“In the second half, they came out strong, with their energy… it’s not easy to play here. Then I scored the second goal and that made everything easier.
“Then, unfortunately, we got the red card and after that, we had to show character, to be strong, we had to win fouls, defend, play for each other and we didn’t concede a goal, so really good and happy with the performance, After we got the red card, we said just stay calm and play our game and we could handle it, and we did.”
