Jamie Donley is the 880th player in our history to be awarded a Legacy Number after he made his competitive debut for our first team in Sunday's draw at Manchester City.
An Academy graduate, the striker, born in Northern Ireland but raised in Colchester, Essex, came off the bench at the Etihad in added time after Dejan Kulusevski had powered his header home to see us back on terms at 3-3 and ultimately claim a point against City.
A boyhood Spurs fan, it was a moment to cherish for Jamie and it was a cameo that was well deserved with the 18-year-old having enjoyed a stellar campaign thus far for our Under-21s.
Having made 12 appearances for Wayne Burnett's Development side thus far this campaign, Jamie has been involved in at least one goal each time he has turned out. He has racked up 18 goal contributions in total. His form saw him named Premier League 2 Player of the Month for October.
The first player to make his debut for our first time since our Legacy Number initiative was launched in October, Jamie takes number 880.
