Information for fans travelling to Turf Moor on Saturday

Supporters making the trip to Burnley for our Premier League fixture on Saturday should be aware of the following information.

A reminder that we kick-off at 3pm, with gates opening at 1.30pm.

Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets which can be found below.

Entering the stadium

The visitors’ entrance is located in the Barnfield Construction Stand at Turf Moor. Supporters should use Entrance P and enter via turnstiles 48-55.

Getting to Turf Moor

By car

From the North and South: Exit M6 at Junction 29 and onto the M65. Exit the M65 at Junction 9 and follow signs for Turf Moor. Exiting at Junction 9 will ensure that you avoid the roadworks in Burnley on Saturday.

Supporters should be aware that there are roadworks in place on Yorkshire Street on the approach to the stadium.

Yorkshire Street will be closed and supporters should use Belvedere Road as an alternative when exiting at Junction 9 of the M65. Please use Belvedere Road on your approach to Turf Moor.

By train

Supporters are advised that industrial action is taking place nationwide on Saturday 2 with TransPennine Express operating an extremely limited service as a result.

Supporters are advised to make alternative travel arrangements or plan their journeys in advance at www.nationalrail.co.uk

Parking

Burnley Cricket Club is the official away supporters parking option, with a capacity of 50 car parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis. The car park is a two-minute walk to the stadium and parking costs £5-7.

Accessibility

The Accessible Entrance is B1, adjacent to the general admission turnstiles.

Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas and will offer in-seat service for refreshments. Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards will also be present should any support be required.

Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section, though please note, this does not include changing places facilities.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Cashless payments

Turf Moor is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Ticket Office

Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Collection point in the Ticket Office on Harry Potts Way.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Flags and banners

Flags and banners are not permitted in the visitors’ section at Turf Moor.

Bag Policy

Small bags and backpacks are permitted at Turf Moor, providing they are small enough to fit under a seat. Bags will be searched on arrival at the stadium for security reasons.

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
