Heung-Min Son reached his century of goals in the Premier League in our 2-1 win against Brighton on Saturday, prompting fans and pundits alike to select their favourites.

What a menu of goals to choose from – the backheel at Watford, scissor-kick against Swansea, the finishes at Wembley against Liverpool, Huddersfield (from Harry Kane’s cross field pass), the 35-yarder against West Ham, the solo goals against Chelsea and Burnley - the Puskas Award winner - and no end of his trademark curlers against the likes of Stoke, Leicester, Arsenal, Manchester City, the Golden Boot goal at Norwich and his 100th, another stunner against Brighton.

What do his team-mates think? Here’s what they had to say...

Harry Kane

“It has to be Leeds away for me, the pass into him, his first touch and for that to be our record-breaking goal (most goal combinations in the Premier League) as well was the icing on the cake. I really enjoyed that one, real quality from Sonny, so that’s the one for me.”

Davinson Sanchez

“It’s difficult to choose just one... there are beautiful goals in there, emotionally as well, big goals for the team. I love the goal against Arsenal at home and the one against Chelsea at Wembley. Also, the Puskas winner against Burnley. As I said, it’s hard to pick one!”

Hugo Lloris

“One of the first big goals was Middlesbrough away, against Victor Valdes, he scored twice that day. There is one against Chelsea at Wembley, one against Burnley, one against West Ham at Wembley, long distance, Arsenal as well in the new stadium. The thing with Sonny, every time he scores, it’s always a top goal, right, left, he can shoot so powerfully. If I had to choose one... the West Ham goal was amazing, from distance, late, we were 1-0 down. Incredible.”

Dejan Kulusevski

“My favourite has to be the game against Norwich, when he scored twice to tie Salah for the Golden Boot. Those goals were important, they meant something big for the team and for him as well.”

Eric Dier

“My favourite is the goal that won the Golden Boot at Norwich last season. That was great. I also like the backheel against Watford, last minute winner, an important goal. Obviously, there are plenty of amazing goals, but that was one for the moment it was.”

Emerson Royal

“I think it’s Leicester this season when he scored the hat-trick. I go for the first one, with the left foot. What an incredible player, and my friend!”

Ben Davies

“I’d have to go for his second goal at Norwich when he clinched the Golden Boot. We were all buzzing for him. He had so many chances in that game. It felt like it was the game of his life, but the goals just weren’t going in for him. The second, when he gets the ball out of his feet. Before it happened, we had a free-kick and he was standing over it, and I said to him, ‘get in the box, you’ve more chance of scoring in there’. He ended on the edge of the box, the ball cane out to him and bang, what a moment.”

Oliver Skipp

“The obvious one is the Burnley goal, a run the whole length of the pitch, I was on the bench. Leicester this season was good as well, but I’d go for Burnley.”

Lucas Moura

“Burnley, also the one against Chelsea, as well. Amazing player, amazing person. For me, it’s been a pleasure to play alongside him. I’m so happy for him for this achievement, he deserves it. He’s such a great guy, great professional and he’ll score a lot more goals for us.”
