International guide: 12 Spurs Women players called up

12 Spurs Women players have been called up to represent their nations during the April international break.

Mana Iwabuchi could feature in Japan’s international friendlies against Portugal and Denmark, both away from home.

Finland have two friendlies, both away to Slovakia, with Spurs duo Tinja-Riikka Korpela and Eveliina Summanen called up for Helmarit.

So-hyun Cho is in the South Korea squad for their double header of friendlies at home to Zambia.

Angharad James and Esther Morgan, the latter out on loan at Sunderland, have both been named in the Wales squad for their friendlies against Northern Ireland and Portugal.

Poland and Nikola Karczewska have friendly games against Costa Rica and Netherlands.

Jamaica are set to take on Cameroon at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium, with Rebecca Spencer and Drew Spence both called up for Jamaica.

For Morocco, Rosella Ayane is in the squad for their friendly games against Czech Republic and Romania.

Celin Bizet faces two away games with Norway as they travel to Spain and Sweden for their friendly matches.

For England Under-23s, Asmita Ale has been called up for friendly games against Portugal and Belgium.

For the senior Lionesses, Bethany England is on standby should a player drop out of Sarina Weigman’s squad.
