Spurs v Fulham – how to watch, team news, kit colours, key information

Fri 02 September 2022, 23:08|Tottenham Hotspur

Our hectic schedule of fixtures continues on Saturday as we welcome Fulham to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (3pm UK).

Here’s all the information you need to know ahead of the match...

How can I watch the game?

Saturday’s match has not been selected for live television coverage in the UK, but there are still plenty of ways to keep up-to-date with everything that’s happening on the pitch.

Before the game, tune in to SPURSPLAY to catch our popular N17 Live pre-match show, coming to you live from inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from just before 2pm when the team news breaks.

During the match itself, which begins at 3pm UK, you can follow all the action via our new-look Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app, where you’ll find minute-by-minute text and audio commentary, goal alerts, stats and much more.

Additionally, BBC Radio 5 Live will carry live radio commentary. Worldwide broadcast listings are available here if you’re following us from outside the UK.

You can also join our official Watchalong on Twitch.

What is the team news?

Cristian Romero and Rodrigo Bentancur are back in the frame for us, although Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil remain unavailable.

Defender Cristian hasn’t featured since the 2-2 draw at Chelsea in our second match of the season while midfielder Rodrigo missed Wednesday’s 1-1 draw at West Ham after coming off in the latter stages of the win over Nottingham Forest last week.

Harry Wilson and Manor Solomon will miss out for the visitors.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

We’ll be wearing our new 2022/23 home kit, featuring Lilywhite shirts, navy blue shorts and white socks, while our goalkeeper will play in all yellow.

Fulham will be wearing a mint green kit with darker patterns across the front of the shirts, with their keeper in blue.

Who is the referee?

Stuart Attwell is in charge of Saturday’s game, assisted by Dan Cook and Wade Smith.

The fourth official will be Darren Bond.

VAR duties will be handled by Andre Marriner and assistant Derek Eaton.

What will the weather conditions be like?

It’s forecast to be dry and bright in north London, with temperatures at around 23 degrees on Saturday afternoon.

How can I get the matchday programme?

At the end of a week in which he celebrated 10 years at the Club, our goalkeeper and captain Hugo Lloris is the subject of our main interview in Saturday’s official matchday programme. Fans attending the game will be able to pick up a copy at a number of programme booths outside the stadium, in the Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience or at the Tap Inn bars inside the stadium, or you can order online here for delivery direct to your door.
