Welcome back to our new series for 2022/23 - 1 from 30 - as we continue to mark 30 years of the Premier League.

English football's new dawn kicked-off on the weekend of 15/16 August, 1992 as the FA Premier League replaced Barclays League Division One, ending a structure of Division One-Four that had been in place since 1958. Thirty years on, the Premier League is amongst the most watched and most valuable sporting leagues in the world.

In this series, we're featuring a match from those 30 years that corresponds with our next fixture - and we all know where we're heading this weekend! As derby anticipation grows, let us take you back to a classic at the Emirates from November, 2010...

Arsenal 2-3 Spurs - 20 November, 2010

Another north London derby that had a bit of everything - you didn't think our first win at the Emirates would be a standard 1-0, did you?

We travelled to N5 sitting sixth, but relishing our first season in the UEFA Champions League and had recently beaten holders Inter 3-1 on that memorable night at the Lane. Arsenal, meanwhile, were vying for top spot with Chelsea and United, and we looked up against it as we were outplayed and trailed 2-0 at half-time.

Harry Redknapp brought on Jermain Defoe for Aaron Lennon and we were back in it five minutes into the second half when Defoe flicked on for Rafa van der Vaart, who released Gareth Bale, and he did the rest. It was soon 2-2, as Cesc Fabregas handled van der Vaart's free-kick, and Rafa dispatched the penalty, 67 minutes on the clock.

The home side responded, Heurelho Gomes did well to save from Fabregas and Laurent Koscielny headed wide, but the tables were completely turned with minutes remaining, when Younes Kaboul glanced a header from van der Vaart's free-kick across Lukasz Fabianski and home. Scenes!

What a week, as well. We followed up this win by beating Werder Bremen to progress to the knockout phase of the Champions League at the first attempt, and then beat Liverpool in the Premier League.

Spurs: Gomes, Hutton, Kaboul, Gallas, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon (Defoe 46), Jenas, Modric, Bale, Van der Vaart (Palacios 87), Pavlyuchenko (Crouch 73). Substitutes (not used): Cudicini, Bassong, Corluka, Bentley.
