We have been drawn at home to Portsmouth in the third round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The draw took place this evening (Monday 28 November) and pitted us against the League One side in what will be our first game in this season’s competition.
Third round ties will take place over the weekend of Saturday 7 January, 2023.
Full details on the scheduling of our match will be confirmed in due course.
We haven’t faced Pompey in a competitive first team game since the FA Cup semi-finals of 2009/10, where we suffered a 2-0 defeat after extra time at Wembley.
