Antonio on Deki's return, positive news on Richarlison

Antonio Conte reports that Richarlison could return to training on Monday.

It's a double boost for the squad after the return to action of Dejan Kulusevski off the bench in Sunday's 2-1 loss against Liverpool.

Out since picking up a muscle problem on international duty with Sweden in September, Deki missed the first 10 of our sequence of 13 matches in 43 days from 1 October-12 November.

Entering the fray on 68 minutes, he made quite an impact, and took just two minutes to set up Harry Kane's goal as we tried to overturn a 2-0 half-time deficit at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Unfortunately, this time, it wasn't to be.

Speaking to SPURSPLAY afterwards, Antonio told us: "It was good to see Deki back, yes, finally. It was important, good news. Deki only had a full training session with us yesterday. Today, he said to me, 'okay, coach, for the last 20, 30 minutes, I'm available'. At the end, my first question (to him) was, 'is everything okay?' and he told me, 'yes'.

"Now we have Richarlison tomorrow, probably, probably, he could have a training session with us, so that's also good news for us."

We have two more matches before a number of players depart for the World Cup - a trip to Nottingham Forest in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening (7.45pm) and then Leeds United in the Premier League at home next Saturday (12 November, 3pm). The World Cup kicks-off in Qatar on Sunday 20 November.
