Season Ticket Renewal Information for the 2022/23 Season

Mon 07 March 2022, 14:00|Tottenham Hotspur

It is hard to believe that the end of this season will be the end of our first full season with fans in the stadium since its opening in April, 2019.

We are pleased to confirm that we shall shortly be opening Season Ticket renewals for the 2022/23 season. We are freezing prices for the coming season, one which follows a challenging two years for all of us. With the pandemic hopefully now over, we shall also be inviting those Season Ticket Holders who deferred for COVID-related medical reasons to renew their Season Tickets. Once again, we shall also be giving fans the option to relocate their seats, particularly now we have the new seat inventory as a result of increasing the capacity to 62,850.

We thank you for your incredible support throughout the current season - in particular, we appreciate your co-operation and patience with new processes and COVID measures that were introduced.

As we continue to innovate and work to provide the best possible matchday experience for our fans, we shall be communicating new and exciting features we are bringing to the stadium next season - watch this space!

2022/23 renewal process

Season Ticket renewals for 2022/23 will open from Tuesday 8 March - existing Season Ticket Holders will receive an email once the renewals have gone live.

The deadline to renew your Season Ticket is 5pm on Friday 29 April. This date is fixed and, once it has passed, any remaining seats will be released for other supporters to purchase either as part of the relocation process detailed below or to One Hotspur+ Members on our Season Ticket Waiting List.

IMPORTANT: Please retain your existing Digital Season Pass

All Season Ticket holders who renew are advised NOT to delete the existing Digital Season Pass currently downloaded onto your mobile device - this will be automatically updated ahead of the 2022/23 season. Supporters who have been issued with a Photo ID Stadium Access Card are advised to retain them as these will remain valid for the 2022/23 season and will be reactivated once you have renewed.

Pricing and payment

We can confirm that, once again, Season Ticket prices will be frozen for 2022/23.

Any supporters who have credits in their online ticketing account will be able to use these funds towards payment for their Season Ticket renewal. This will include any funds gained via the Ticket Exchange platform this season, up to and including tonight’s match against Everton.

The usual payment options will be available as a one-off credit/debit card payment or via a finance arrangement spreading the payment across a 10-month period, via V12 Finance.

Subject to approval, payments will commence in June and continue for a further nine months. If you wish to pay via V12 Finance, your loan will be subject to a one-off arrangement fee (admin fee) of 3.75%.

Season tickets are sold by Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Limited, which may act as a credit broker in introducing customers who wish to pay on credit to V12 Finance Limited acting as lender.

Deferred Season Tickets from 2021/22

Supporters who deferred their Season Tickets for the current season will be invited to renew the seat they held before deferring, once renewals open. The 20% deposit that was previously retained by the Club from those who deferred their Season Ticket will have this amount automatically deducted from the amount to pay at the point of renewal for 2022/23.

Relocating your Season Ticket seat

Every year, we endeavour to accommodate requests we receive from supporters who would like to explore the option of relocating their Season Ticket seat. The renewal email all Season Ticket Holders will receive contains a link to an online form that you may complete to register your interest in potentially relocating seats. Any supporters who have previously requested a seat move that could not be accommodated should re-submit their request by following this process.

One form per Season Ticket Holder (CRN) can be submitted before a renewal is completed; however, supporters MUST renew their existing seat before the renewal deadline to retain their Season Ticket. Following the closure of renewals, all supporters that have submitted a relocation request form will be invited to go online and select an alternative seat - at this time, you will also be able to request relocations on behalf of other supporters, as long as you are at Managed Level within their ‘My Network’.

If there are large numbers of requests submitted, supporters will be invited to view potential relocation options online in order of the dates forms were submitted. Supporters are advised that priority will be given to those needing to relocate on medical grounds.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that all relocation requests will be accommodated, and any relocations will be subject to the availability of seats.

Should you wish to consider Premium options as a method of relocating your seat, you can explore options further by clicking here. Premium options can be purchased in addition to Season Tickets. Prices for Premium options start from £120 per match. The Premium Team can be reached on 0208 365 5150 or at premium.sales@tottenhamhotspur.com.
