Spurs v Portsmouth, FA Cup - ticket news

Here are the ticketing details for our Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Portsmouth at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 7 January (12.30pm).

Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members will be awarded three ticketing points for this match, issued post-match to all Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members whose tickets are scanned in.

Season Ticket Holders who are registered on our Automatic Cup Scheme will be allocated their regular seat. Payment will be taken from the card details stored with us on the afternoon of Thursday 8 December. Season Ticket Holders on the scheme are encouraged to log into their online account no later than 5pm on Wednesday 7 December to check that their payment details are up to date and amend if necessary. The payment process will only be run once for this fixture and anyone whose payment does not go through will be contacted by email and advised that they should purchase during the sales period for Season Ticket Holders who are not on the Automatic Cup Scheme.

All other eligible Season Ticket Holders, including our access Season Ticket Holders, will have the opportunity to purchase their current Season Ticket seat for this match from 10am Friday 9 December until 1pm on Monday 12 December.

Season Ticket Holders who purchase their usual seat will have their Digital Season Pass uploaded with the fixture from Monday 12 December - it can take up to 72 hours for your pass to update.

Important information for some North Stand Season Ticket Holders

Due to the increased allocation given to the away team for FA Cup fixtures, some Season Ticket Holders will not be able to purchase their regular seat. Season Ticket Holders who sit in blocks 420-424, 515-519 and a small number in blocks 112, 419, 514 and 520 who purchased a ‘Premier League Only’ Season Ticket will be able to purchase an alternative ticket for this fixture from 3pm on Monday 12 December. All those impacted by this will be contacted directly via email in due course.

Tickets will become available to One Hotspur Members, including access Members, from 10am on Tuesday 13 December. One Hotspur Digital Passes will be updated from Tuesday 13 December - it can take up to 72 hours for your pass to update.

Season Ticket Holders who purchase a different seat to their usual Season Ticket seat will be sent a digital match ticket for the fixture.

Executive Members and 1882 Season Ticket Holders are reminded that this fixture is included in your seasonal package, and you do not need to purchase a ticket.
