Information for fans travelling to Brentford on Boxing Day

Supporters making the trip to west London for our Premier League fixture against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on Boxing Day should be aware of the following information...

A reminder that we kick-off at 12.30pm, with gates opening at 11am. Supporters are advised to arrive at the stadium at least one hour before kick-off.

Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets which can be found below. Supporters without tickets should not travel to the stadium.

Getting to Gtech Community Stadium

No South Western Railway services will be operating on Boxing Day and nationwide industrial action is also scheduled.

As a result, Kew Bridge, Brentford and South Acton stations are expected to be closed for this match. Gunnersbury, Kew Gardens, Chiswick Park, Acton Town and South Ealing stations will be open.

Visiting supporters requiring step-free access are advised to use Kew Gardens for District line services. London Overground services to the station are likely to be affected by industrial action. The station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the stadium.

Supporters are strongly advised to use TfL’s Journey Planner to plan their journey in advance.

The five stations open on the day are all located within a 20-minute walking distance (please see map below, noting that it includes the three stations referenced above that will be closed or affected by industrial action).

Parking is currently sold out for this fixture, however. additional parking may be made available closer to the match. Supporters can check availability here...

Leaving Gtech Community Stadium

Post-match, Gunnersbury station will not open until one hour after the final whistle. During busy periods, long queues to enter the station may be expected.

Visiting supporters are recommended to use Kew Gardens or Acton Town.

Brentford will make stadium announcements regarding queues, delays or recommendations on alternative stations as supporters depart the stadium.

Entrance to the stadium

The visitors’ section is located in the north east corner of the stadium and can be entered via turnstiles F, G and H. Supporters should approach the stadium via the accessible railway bridge from Capital Interchange Way, which can be reached from Chiswick High Road or Great West Road. A lift is available to take supporters to ground level from the bridge.

Brentford’s Here to Help staff and matchday stewards will be available to welcome supporters and assist with any queries. Supporters are asked to be ready to participate in any ticket, ID or bag checks.

Disabled supporters can enter the stadium via the Accessible Entrance at Turnstile G.

Wheelchair spaces for visiting supporters are located in the lower and upper tiers of the visitors’ section. A lift is located close to the viewing platform on the upper tier. Seats for ambulant disabled supporters are located in the lower tier.

Accessible toilets are available and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward. Supporters requiring a Changing Places facility should contact a steward who will be able to escort them.

Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards will be in attendance for any supporters requiring assistance.

Blue Badge Parking

Free Blue Badge parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the Brentford Fountain Leisure centre. Supporters are advised that the car park is usually full two hours before kick-off.

A limited number of pre-booked places are available at the leisure centre, priced at £10. They can be booked by emailing accessibility@brentfordfc.com.

Spaces are located on the left-hand side of the building in the staff car park, which is accessed by heading down a ramp and through a gate.

Blue Badge parking at Chiswick Business Park is not available for this fixture.

Ticket Office

Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Main Ticket Office, located next to Entrance A of the South Stand. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Refreshments

Kiosks in the visitors’ section will be serving a wide range of food, including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as alcoholic and soft drinks.

Cashless payments

Brentford Community Stadium is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Flags and banners

Flags and banners no larger than 2x1m are permitted in the visitors’ section, providing they contain no offensive or inflammatory content. Supporters wishing to bring larger flags must obtain approval in advance by emailing enquiries@brentfordfc.com.

Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Bag Policy

Supporters are advised not to bring any bags to Gtech Community Stadium. Only bags of A4 size (297mm x 210mm) or smaller will be permitted and will be searched on entry.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

If you witness incidents like these, please report them to your nearest steward.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
