We’ll be looking to extend our lead at the top of the table as we take on Crystal Palace this Saturday (12.30pm).

Here’s a look at all the key points of note ahead of the game...

1 - Unbeaten run

We head into this weekend's meeting with Crystal Palace having not suffered a single league defeat against the Eagles in over six years. Since falling to a 2-1 reverse against the south London side in January, 2015, we have encountered them 12 times, winning 10 of those meetings and drawing the other two. Palace have scored just four goals against us in that period.

2 - An exclusive club

Only four top-flight teams in the history of the English game have won their opening four league games without conceding – an exclusive group we could join with another victory and clean sheet against Palace on Saturday.

3 - Harry’s hot streak

Trips to south London in the Premier League are fixtures that Harry Kane has a knack of scoring in. The forward, who has 38 Premier League London derby goals to his name - a record only bettered by Thierry Henry (43) - has been involved in 12 goals in 14 league games against Crystal Palace (7 goals, 5 assists), including six in seven trips to Selhurst Park.

4 - A Royal arrival at Palace

Recent recruit Emerson Royal could make his Spurs debut this weekend at Crystal Palace. The full-back, who completed his move to north London from Barcelona last week, has been in training with his new team-mates at Hotspur Way during the international break and is all set to get his first outing in a Spurs shirt.

5 - Palace's derby day difficulties

Crystal Palace will become the first London side in top-flight history to begin a campaign with four consecutive derbies. Having faced Chelsea (3-0), Brentford (0-0) and West Ham (2-2) so far this season, the Eagles are yet to win any of their derby matches so far this campaign, extending their run in such fixtures to 11 without victory. Our last London derby victory came in March against Palace, as we defeated them 4-1 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

7 - An old adversary

There's a new man in the dugout at Palace this season - and he's a familiar foe. Following Roy Hodgson’s departure from Selhurst Park in the summer, Patrick Vieira - who captained rivals Arsenal during a nine-year stint in N5 at the turn of the century - took charge. A French international who won both the World Cup and European Championship, Vieira played for the Gunners between 1996 and 2005 before later representing Juventus, Internazionale and Manchester City. Moving into coaching in May, 2013, with City’s Elite Development Squad, he has also managed New York City FC and Nice before moving to south London in July.

7 - Striking at Selhurst

When visiting Palace’s home of Selhurst Park, we usually find the back of the net. In a run stretching back over 16 years to January, 2005, we have only failed to score at Selhurst on one of our 12 visits. We have also scored in each of our last 18 Premier League games - the current longest scoring streak in the competition.

8 - Debuts for Palace, Schlupp and Eze out

There could be a number of debutants for Crystal Palace this weekend, however, some of their key men will be unavailable. Will Hughes and Michael Olise, as well as forward Odsonne Edouard, are in line to make their first appearances for the Eagles. Jeffrey Schlupp - who has scored against us in each of our last two visits to Selhurst Park - and Eberechi Eze will miss out though, the pair sidelined with injuries.

9 - Decisions for Nuno

Nuno Espirito Santo will have several decisions to make when determining his starting line-up at Selhurst Park. Davinson Sanchez - who has started each of our first three league games - will miss the clash as he continues his isolation in Croatia following the international break. Argentinian duo Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso will also be unavailable as they isolate alongside Davinson in Croatia. Meanwhile, Heung-Min Son continues to be assessed after he picked up a knock while on international duty with South Korea.

10 - Pivotal Son

Since the start of last season, no player has scored more winning goals in the Premier League than Heung-Min Son (8), with both of our number seven’s strikes so far this season proving decisive. Only against Southampton (9) and Watford (6) has the forward scored more goals in the Premier League than he has against Palace. Meanwhile, in his last five Premier League appearances against the Eagles, he has been involved in five goals (three goals, two assists).
