Bryan Gil will be assessed this afternoon (Friday 29 October) ahead of our Premier League clash against Manchester United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday (5.30pm).
The winger was forced off with an injury during the first half of our Carabao Cup win against Burnley on Wednesday night.
“Let’s see, let’s assess him,” said Nuno Espirito Santo ahead of training on Friday afternoon. “He didn’t train after that (Burnley), he has something there, but let’s wait and see, it’s not very positive for him for this special game.
“Apart from that, it’s just the knocks that are normal after a tough, physical game that went to a real battle. That’s normal, that’s football. We still have a training session this afternoon, and then we will decide for tomorrow.”
Ryan Sessegnon remains sidelined. “He’s not involved, still not with the group,” added Nuno.
