Sat 30 October 2021, 09:45|Tottenham Hotspur
We’re back at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the first time since the beginning of October on Saturday as Manchester United come to visit (kick-off 5.30pm UK).
We’re sixth in the Premier League table with 15 points going into the weekend, two points off the top four. United are a point behind in seventh.
Here’s all the key information you need to know ahead of the action getting underway...

How will the teams line up?
Bryan Gil will be assessed after being forced off during the first half of Wednesday night’s 1-0 win at Burnley in the Carabao Cup, while Ryan Sessegnon remains out.
Raphael Varane is available again for Manchester United after picking up an injury on duty with France during the recent international break, while Anthony Martial is also fit again.
Midfielder Paul Pogba is suspended after his sending-off against Liverpool last weekend.
Who is the referee and what colours will the teams be playing in?
Stuart Attwell will referee Saturday’s match, assisted by Harry Lennard and Simon Long.
The fourth official will be Simon Hooper, with Darren England and assistant Stuart Burt on VAR duty.
We’ll be playing in our 2021/22 home kit of Lilywhite shirts, navy shorts and navy socks, with our goalkeeper in green.
United will be in red shirts, white shorts and white socks, with their keeper in yellow.
Spurs Remembers
At Saturday’s match, our closest domestic home fixture to Remembrance Sunday, the Club will pay its respects to those that have made the ultimate sacrifice in armed conflict and show support for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal by wearing special edition Poppy shirts.
Before kick-off, we will be joined pitchside by 25 members of our Armed Forces Spurs Official Supporters’ Club, representative of the Army, Navy and Royal Air Force. Both managers will lay Poppy wreaths on the centre circle on behalf of both Clubs and we shall then observe a minute’s silence during which the Last Post will be played by Corporal (Retired RAF) Andrew John Lofthouse, former Principal Trumpet of the Central Band of the Royal Air Force. We should like to remind fans that the minute’s silence will start and end on the referee’s whistle and that any fans entering the stadium close to the 5.30pm kick-off should be respectful of this.
As a further mark of respect, our corner flags at this weekend’s game have been designed to display and honour the names of the former Spurs players who lost their lives across both World Wars.
How can I get the matchday programme?
Saturday’s official matchday programme features a special commemorative front cover dedicated to the upcoming period of Remembrance.
Inside, there’s a main feature interview with Tanguy Ndombele.
Priced at the usual £3.50, the programme is available from all Tap Inn counters around the stadium and external pods situated at Paxton House, the South Podium, Park Lane Square and Worcester Avenue. Supporters not attending the match can order a copy online here, for delivery direct to your door.
What will the weather be like?
Rain is forecast during Saturday morning and into lunchtime in north London, but it should have stopped by the time the match starts. Relatively clear skies are expected for the game, with temperatures at around 13 degrees.
Double-header against United
Our Under-23s are also set to host Manchester United on Saturday in the Premier League 2 at Stevenage.
With trains running from Stevenage into London, it’s a great chance for fans of both clubs to watch the next generation of talent in action prior to the top-flight clash in north London.
The Under-23 match gets underway at 12noon at the Lamex Stadium, with tickets available from Stevenage’s North Stand Ticket Office (£5 for adults, £2 for under-18s). Tickets can also be purchased in advance from www.borotickets.co.uk. Please note, possession of a match ticket for the Under-23 fixture at Stevenage does not entitle the bearer to entry to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the first team match.
