Burnley away update

Following the postponement of yesterday’s Premier League fixture at Turf Moor, the Club can confirm that match tickets will remain valid for the rearranged fixture.

Supporters are advised to retain their original match ticket if possible, including those who had already entered the stadium yesterday as these tickets will be reactivated.

As a gesture of goodwill, we are also pleased to confirm that the Club will offer free coach travel for supporters attending the rearranged fixture.

We shall issue refunds to any supporter requesting one, however please note that you will need to return your original ticket back to us. We shall then offer your ticket to other applicants for the rearranged fixture, in line with our ticketing points scheme. We therefore advise supporters not to apply for a refund until the rearranged fixture date is announced.

Full details will be communicated to supporters once the match has been rescheduled, including additional details for those who were due to collect their ticket from the Ticket Office at Turf Moor yesterday.

We should like to thank the supporters who made the long return journey to Burnley in difficult conditions yesterday and hope that you all arrived back home safely. Your incredible support is appreciated by everyone at the Club.
