Maiden Nigeria call-up for Oluwayemi

Young goalkeeper Josh Oluwayemi has received his first call-up to the Nigeria senior national team.

He will link up with the Super Eagles for a friendly match against Mexico in the early hours of Sunday morning (4 July) at the Los Angeles Coliseum in the US (kick-off 3.30am UK).

Josh, 20, has risen through our Academy system and was a regular for our Under-23 side during the second half of 2020/21 after spending the first half of the season on loan at Maidenhead United.
