Liverpool are the visitors to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as we return to Premier League action on Thursday evening (8pm UK).

The Reds are without a win in five Premier League games and are fifth in the table, one point ahead of us and having played a game more. They haven’t scored in their last four league games, but did put two past Manchester United in a narrow 3-2 FA Cup defeat on Sunday.

Ahead of the meeting with Jurgen Klopp’s men, who snatched a late goal to beat us 2-1 at Anfield in December, here’s our usual run-down of all the key information...

How can I watch the game?

Thursday’s match will be broadcast live in the UK on BT Sport, kick-off 8pm.

Full worldwide broadcast listings are available here.

You can also follow the action via our live Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app, with live text and audio commentary, goal alerts and stats at your fingertips.

Additionally, legendary former striker Robbie Keane will be joining us on N17 Live, our exclusive pre- and post-match show, via Zoom – don’t miss Keano’s exclusive insight into the game, plus all the usual live build-up and reaction from inside the stadium, as it happens. Watch for free online, across social media and on the Spurs Official app from 7.15pm UK.

Jose Mourinho previews Thursday's visit of Liverpool in the Premier League.

How will the teams line up?

Jose Mourinho will assess full-backs Matt Doherty and Ben Davies, while midfielders Giovani Lo Celso and Dele remain sidelined through injury.

The Head Coach alluded to additional injury problems too, telling Spurs TV on Wednesday: “We have some problems, I don’t want to speak about them, I don’t want to give any information – I’m not really happy to say player A, B or C is not in the squad but we have problems that in the end are normal problems.

“We cannot expect to be playing so many matches without problems so it’s a normal situation, we are going to miss a couple of players but that’s that. We are ready for the game.”

Liverpool duo Jordan Henderson and Joel Matip have returned to full training having missed action of late and could feature on Thursday night.

Naby Keita, Diogo Jota, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk are longer-term absentees.

Who is the referee and what colours will the teams be playing in?

Martin Atkinson has been assigned to referee Thursday’s match, with assistance from Lee Betts and Constantine Hatzidakis. Kevin Friend is the fourth official.

We’ll be in our usual home kit, with our goalkeeper in green.

Liverpool will play in their usual all-red strip, with their goalkeeper in a black kit.
