Jose Mourinho is hoping to see Harry Kane back in action in a couple of weeks.
The striker suffered injuries to both ankles in our defeat against Liverpool on Thursday night. Both injuries came in the first half and the second knock forced him off at half-time, and out of contention for the near future.
Thankfully, Jose reports that Harry’s outlook is positive.
“The news is pretty good news,” Jose told us at Brighton. “After Liverpool, no idea. Then the next day, we were thinking about three weeks, something like that. I don’t want to be super-optimistic, but Harry is optimistic, he has the experience of some injuries in his ankles and in Harry’s mind, it’s a couple of weeks, so let’s see if he’s right.”
