We are continuing to prepare for the possibility of COVID-19 status certification becoming mandatory and therefore ask that all adult supporters are prepared to show they have either been fully vaccinated or have received a negative test result no more than 48 hours prior to kick-off, should they be required to as part of our entry requirement.

Following the successful implementation of digital ticketing, entry to the stadium is now fully digital.

Season Ticket and One Hotspur Membership Stadium Access Cards will no longer work and entry to the stadium can now only be gained by downloading your matchday ticket to your mobile device.

Tickets for this fixture will be sent to Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members via email, as a separate matchday ticket and will not be loaded onto the Digital Pass – you should expect to receive your email with your digital ticket download link by 6pm on Tuesday 24 August.

For supporters who do not own a compatible mobile device or have further questions regarding our digital ticketing process can find more information on our Digital Ticket FAQs here...

ID validation

To support digital ticketing, and to ensure supporter safety and security, we are asking all registered supporters who purchase a ticket for a game this season to complete our online ID validation process as soon as they have completed the purchase, so we may activate their Digital Ticket ahead of the game. If you have already completed this process, you are not required to validate this again. U18s and any guests who have not purchased a ticket directly are also not required to validate their ID.

For further details on ID validations, visit our dedicated FAQ pages here.

Thank you to those who have already completed this process.
