Sessegnon to feature for Under-23s tonight

Our Under-23s take on Chelsea in their first game of the season at Stevenage’s Lamex Stadium this evening (Monday 16 August), with Ryan Sessegnon scheduled to be involved as he continues his comeback from injury.

The England Under-21 international spent the 2020/21 campaign on loan at Hoffenheim, but missed the bulk of the pre-season period with a hamstring problem.

He’s now set to pick up some match minutes for Wayne Burnett’s side alongside some of our talented young professionals as we take on the Blues in our Premier League 2 curtain-raiser, kick-off 7pm.

Tickets are still available for tonight’s game and can be obtained in person at Stevenage all the way up to kick-off from the North Stand Ticket Office, or online at borotickets.co.uk, priced at £5 for adults and £2 for under-18s.
