Information for fans travelling to Molineux on Sunday

Here is some information for our supporters making the trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers for our Premier League fixture on Sunday. A reminder that we kick-off at 2pm.

COVID-19 status certification

COVID-19 status certification checks are yet to be introduced at Molineux, so supporters will not be asked to provide evidence of double vaccination or a negative test result for this match.

Supporter Code of Conduct

Supporters are asked to read and agree to abide by Wolves’ Code of Conduct which can be found here.

This includes following public health guidance, only attending the match if fit and well to do so and wearing a face covering in all indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking.

Supporters are asked to arrive in plenty of time and to follow the latest government guidance on staying safe while using public transport, which can be found here.

Hand Sanitiser will be available in the visitors’ section and supporters are also encouraged to bring their own in bottles, no larger than 50ml.

Entrance to the stadium

Gates open at 12.30pm. Visiting supporters will be located in the Steve Bull Stand lower tier in Blocks JL2-JL10.

Accessibility

A designated Accessible Entrance is available in the Steve Bull Stand and Access Stewards will be on hand to provide assistance to any supporters requiring it.

Molineux has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops, audio commentary and a sensory room.

Limited Blue Badge parking is available in the Sir Jack Hayward Upper car park (see the map below) and can be purchased by calling 0371 2221877 and asking for away parking.

Away fans’ pub

The Bluebrick is the designated pub for visiting supporters. Serving a range of food, with tables indoors and outdoors, it is a short walk from Molineux. Supporters who would like to order food are advised to order in advance of arrival by calling 01902 875301.

Molineux Fan Zone

Visiting supporters are welcome at the Fan Zone which is located near Block 5 of the Sir Jack Hayward stand. Hot and cold food as well as soft and alcoholic drinks are available in the Fan Zone.

Refreshments

Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Cashless payments

Molineux is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Parking

Limited car parking is still available and can be purchased here.

Flags and banners

Flags larger than 150cm at their widest or longest and flagpoles longer than 1m will not be permitted entry. Wolverhampton Wanderers reserve the right to confiscate flags or banners if they are very large or compromise public safety, obscure someone’s view, advertising hoardings, a camera position or if they contain offensive, discriminatory or inflammatory messages.

Bag policy

Supporters are asked not to bring bags to Molineux, but if a bag is necessary, it must be A4 size (21cm x 15cm x 10cm) or smaller. Bags larger than specified, laptops and rucksacks are not permitted and there is no storage facility available.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions and Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
