September international fixtures for our players

Wed 02 September 2020, 15:03|Tottenham Hotspur

A number of our players representing European countries are set for international action over the next week.

UEFA Nations League matches are on the agenda for most, with recent signing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg potentially coming up against Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Harry Kane when Denmark host Belgium and England.

Meanwhile, young goalkeeper Brandon Austin joins Ryan Sessegnon and on-loan Oliver Skipp in the England Under-21 squad for European Under-21 Championship qualifiers in Kosovo and Austria. Gedson Fernandes is with Portugal Under-21s in qualifying for the same competition.

Harry Winks and Troy Parrott, who scored again for loan club Millwall in their 3-0 pre-season friendly win over Southend United on Saturday, have withdrawn from the senior England and Republic of Ireland squads respectively.
